the breakfast was the richest I've ever seen. A superb lounge provided free snacks ALL day. The location is very close to the mall and a short walk from the centre, it helped me relax and recharge before my flight.

Superb Hotel Experience

I found the location convenient, close to the Metro and tram lines. It was easy to get to the airport, the city center, and other key areas (like Mala Strana). The room I stayed in was very clean and well-equipped. I received professional support and guidance from the front desk staff. They were very polite.

The thermostat in my room kept turning back on even after I turned the unit off. This made sleeping a little difficult (because of street noise when the window was open).

A Really good experience

The room was modern, clean with nice design. Bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. wifi was free and fast. The room was quiet. I had a good night's sleep. The check-in process and check-out process were smooth and efficient. Hotel staff was professional, friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Food was varied and its quality exceeded my expectations. I booked directly with the hotel and got a good price for two nights.
