stellar stay, minor hiccup
rich breakfast lounge snacks
the breakfast was the richest I've ever seen. A superb lounge provided free snacks ALL day. The location is very close to the mall and a short walk from the centre, it helped me relax and recharge before my flight.

the gym HAS commendable equipment for workouts. A water dispenser is near the elevators, very convenient for refilling bottles. Floor heating is available in the bathroom, it adds a touch of luxury after showering.

the hotel boasts proximity to a shopping center, ideal for shopping. I found both a lidl supermarket AND another supermarket nearby. The location gives easy access to public transport.

metro station breakfast buffet satisfying options
the hotel's location near the metro station proved very practical. i could easily access the city center. the breakfast buffet had many options i found quite satisfying.
the bathroom amenities lacked soap refills in the dispenser but this was a very minor issue.

Superb Hotel Experience
convenient location clean room professional staff
I found the location convenient, close to the Metro and tram lines. It was easy to get to the airport, the city center, and other key areas (like Mala Strana). The room I stayed in was very clean and well-equipped. I received professional support and guidance from the front desk staff. They were very polite.
The thermostat in my room kept turning back on even after I turned the unit off. This made sleeping a little difficult (because of street noise when the window was open).

The room featured a separate bath and shower, which I liked. The room felt modern and clean. It created a nice vibe. I also noticed the separate toilet area, a good design feature.

The breakfast was GREAT (especially the croissants!). I appreciated the self-serve expresso and cappuccino maker. The selection was broad and satisfying. I also liked the great Oscar's breakfast.

A Really good experience
modern room clean design comfortable bedding smooth process
The room was modern, clean with nice design. Bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. wifi was free and fast. The room was quiet. I had a good night's sleep. The check-in process and check-out process were smooth and efficient. Hotel staff was professional, friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Food was varied and its quality exceeded my expectations. I booked directly with the hotel and got a good price for two nights.

The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of hot and cold items, fresh pastries, and local specialties. All items were well-stocked and the presentation was appealing. There were several types of juices and smoothies, with fresh fruit available. A chef was present to prepare omelets.

The front desk staff provided quick check-in and check-out. Daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Requests were promptly addressed. the staff was multilingual and helpful.
