rich breakfast lounge snacks

the breakfast was the richest I've ever seen. A superb lounge provided free snacks ALL day. The location is very close to the mall and a short walk from the centre, it helped me relax and recharge before my flight.

the gym HAS commendable equipment for workouts. A water dispenser is near the elevators, very convenient for refilling bottles. Floor heating is available in the bathroom, it adds a touch of luxury after showering.

metro station breakfast buffet satisfying options

the hotel's location near the metro station proved very practical. i could easily access the city center. the breakfast buffet had many options i found quite satisfying.

the bathroom amenities lacked soap refills in the dispenser but this was a very minor issue.

Superb Hotel Experience

convenient location clean room professional staff

I found the location convenient, close to the Metro and tram lines. It was easy to get to the airport, the city center, and other key areas (like Mala Strana). The room I stayed in was very clean and well-equipped. I received professional support and guidance from the front desk staff. They were very polite.

The thermostat in my room kept turning back on even after I turned the unit off. This made sleeping a little difficult (because of street noise when the window was open).

A Really good experience

modern room clean design comfortable bedding smooth process

The room was modern, clean with nice design. Bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. wifi was free and fast. The room was quiet. I had a good night's sleep. The check-in process and check-out process were smooth and efficient. Hotel staff was professional, friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Food was varied and its quality exceeded my expectations. I booked directly with the hotel and got a good price for two nights.
